There is only one thing that can help you with weight loss. Just one. Works wonders! REALLY works.

Self-discipline. YEP! Get rid of the illusion that something else will do the trick. Take responsibility into ur own hands, run your own kingdom ! Train ur self-discipline and forget these hoodia-moodia abracadabra remedies. It has absolutely no effect on ur appetite, only ur mind does.

Not only did this product NOT suppress my appetite, it seemed to increase it! I got no affect at all, not even placebo. Maybe I didn’t give it long enough (a few days), but I thought the affect (not the results) was immediate?

I feel much less hungry most of the time, however I forget to even drink water. If I forget to take them then the next day all I want to do is eat, but then the next day I am not hungry at all. I think they work as an appetite suppressant, but I worry a bit about water intake and outgo – since it seems to be limiting that.

These really don’t do anything, not sure if this is just a bad product or the whole thing is a scam.

  5. I just got it today, and I took it exactly as directed. It is noticeable as long as you hold out for that first hour while it hits you. It’s very powerful and changes the entire way you experience food and eating. It doesn’t make food taste bad or anything, everything tastes the same, and you do feel hungry, but once you start eating, the act of chewing and swallowing kind of feels like work for some reason, and you eat for a while, but then you give up because you get board and only eat about half of what you normally would, if even that. The only side effect I have is a headache. It’s not severe, it’s tolerable, but it is noticable. I would guess that the reason I have a headache from it is the same reason you would get a headache if you skipped a meal, just because of the low blood sugar and stuff, and your pancreas is still releasing the normal amount of insulin because it expects more, but I think with time my pancreas and hormones and stuff will adapt to it. And again, only time will tell if it actually helps with weight loss. I have concerns about the effect it might have on the metabolism, and I wonder how much of my weight loss will be fat, and how much will be muscles, water, or bones. I bet taking a vitamin pill will help with that, so I’ll probably do that too. Since I just started today, I don’t know how much it will do, if it will continue working or become less effective over time, I really don’t know yet, but if I loose weight on this bottle, I’ll order another and write another review and let you all know.
