I just started taking this yesterday, and dang! I took 2 like it said, and all day I was dizzy, and shaky, and sick to my stomach. DON’T TAKE 2 YOUR FIRST TIME!! I haven’t taken Ephedra since I was 15, and man did this stuff kick my butt! I found myself not hungry at all.. Ever, through out the day. My body was kinda numb, and it felt like I was high (dizzy, numb, and hazed) and hadn’t eaten in a few days. {Not that I’m a stoner! I just tryed it before.}
—This stuff does contain Ephedra and is to be taken seriously! Please don’t EVER take more than 2 in one day!!—
I did, however, lose 3 pounds, so that was great!! I will write another review once I have taken them for a while, and let you know how it went, and how much I lost.
PLEASE DON’T GIVE THIS TO YOUR CHILDREN!!!!

For a cheap ECA stack this product is great. I use it to lose a little weight after doing some heavy lifting for extended periods of time. It helps to cut the few extra pounds gained by eating like a body builder but still doesn’t get me all jittery. I do enjoy this product and use it just like hydroxy*** Since they are about the same ingredient wise. This product is great just drink lots of water and be sure to have a restroom close by as It does increase the urge to go. It does make you burn alot of water weight but thats expected. Works Great! Reccomended to anyone trying to eat right and exersize and add something to give you a little help.

It gives me lots of energy but can make me jittery occasionally. Its definitly not a miracle product. U must eat right and exercise to lose the weight. But on the days I did slack off it helped me from gaining. Im a vegetarian though. YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT 30 MINUTES, PREFERABLY AND HOUR, BEFORE EATING OR IT WONT DO ANYTHING. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!

I bought this product for my own use, but end up giving it to my wife, it worked very well for her breaking a fat loss plateu she had reach and stayed on for almost six months. This is not a magic pill, so it does require a good diet and muscle building workout.

This product is basically ephedrine free. Real ephedra, ma huang and sida cordifolia are used in diet pills for the active ingredient called Ephedrine Alkaloids. Fake ephedra is called Ephedra Extract or Ephedra Nevadensis. Those have the ephedrine alkaloids removed or are not present. Go for Mini Lean 25/100 or Red Cutz which is a pure ECA Stack [...]
