I bought this product from the store after reading a few mixed reviews that ranged between glowing praise and physical illness. I thought I would be immune to the side effects but I was wrong so potential buyers beware. I took the maximum dosage for one day and lost three pounds whilst not exercising. However, I was jittery and my stomach felt like it was twisting and being pounded by a sledge hammer. I would feel better after a couple of days not taking the product to try it again with the same results. The only way I could stomach it was if I only took it with one meal while I was eating and not a half hour to an hour before. If you have a pretty high constitution then you might be able to handle this but otherwise the pain is not worth it. You’ll be stuck on a couch in a bad mood while you’re on this.

So far so good, I’ve been using this product for a month and I can actually see results, is pretty amazing how it works when you use it and also do some exercise. I recommend this product for sure!!!

I used different forumulas of xenadrine with mixed results. The formula I started on was the first ephedra free version. That worked great with exercise. Then came the NRG packaging which didn’t work at all with the same exercise as with the other formula. Now I bought the new clical strength RFA-1 and I look slimmer and clothes fit looser after 4 days without exercise. I’m not as hungry anymore when I do eat. This stuff works better than ever. I can tighten the belt 1 to 2 holes past my usual.
