Just like any “diet pill” these will not work unless you are serious about eating healthier and exercising with it. There’s no miracle pill that will work by itself or alone.
With that being said, I’ve had these pills for awhile, and I took them while I was on Weight Watchers. I only did 10 minutes of pilates a night while on WW, but I still lost 10 pounds, with the aid of using these, within a month or so. I think that’s pretty good.
Just recently I decided to go back on WW again, after stopping and gaining my lost weight back. This time I’m working out every day, for 30 minutes, doing cardio and strength resistance training. I’m more serious about toning up my body and being healthier for myself.
Because of this I gave up my morning cup of coffee, and replaced it with unsweetened black tea (0 cal, 0 fat, 0 points for WW) which is a very hard thing to do! But the good thing about these pills is that they really do give you an energy boost, so quitting my coffee habit is a bit easier to do.
The only thing I do not like about these pills are the price, and the fact that you have to take them an hour before each meal. You have to time it just right, and when you’re busy throughout the day, sometimes it can be hard to remember to do. Also because of this, you have to take these pills on an empty stomach, followed by a glass of water. Every person is different, but I personally don’t enjoy the feeling of taking pills on an empty stomach.
Other than that, I think they’re pretty good! I sort of like the feeling of being hungry an hour before each meal, it just means my body is burning off some of my fat storage before, though some people may not like the feeling I guess.
I’d recommend giving them a try if you’re serious about losing some weight, and living a healthier life style. =]

This product has help me with my appreciate reduction. The energy boost that I received from this product helped me stablize my weight. At my age my body is changing a lot and therefore, it is going to be a struggle. My energy level increase has helped me to start with an exercise program after a long day at work.

I tried many products. this works…it doesn’t do miracles but it does its job. just don’t overdo.
