Awfull product…total disaster and scam!.. I bought it and used for a month.. did not lose one pound!..or reduce my appetite… nothing..!

I am the biggest skeptic if there ever was one, so I surprised myself when I tried it. I must say that it works. If you follow the instructions you will find that your appetite is surpressed and you think less of food and therefore will eat less. I dont believe this will provide permanent weight loss however. Once the hoodia is out of your system, the cravings will come back. It has helped me to create a new way of eating. I lost 10 lbs in less than 4 weeks and I have kept it off.
